It will work if you do

I ordered my Totak Gym after I injured myself working out at my local gym. After my surgery I started looking for something with low impact to start working out again. During my search I kept going back to the total Gym. I finally ordered one and have had a blast. you can do so many different exercises on the Total Gym you can change them every work out if you like. It is the perfect piece of equipment for the young, the old and the person who wants to get into shape but you can't hang your clothes on it and expect to get in better shape, you have to use it.
Pros: Quiet, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy

Due to health issues I am limited to equipment I can use. The Total Gym works perfectly as it is low impact and can be used at home. In just a few short weeks I noticed results. I have three adult children that have started using my Total Gym when they come to visit as well.

Easy to use. Space used when working out is minimal. Love that my body weight is the weight used to build and strengthen. You can easily make exercises more challenging by increasing inclination with ease.

We live in a rural area and the total gym saves us from a 40 mile round trip to the neearest gym. My wife and I can use it at the same time because it is so easy to change the resistance on the machine. We love the quiet and smooth operation.
