Very Smooth, Easy to use, great workout! Only thing I don't like is it's difficult to move around after it is folded. Wheels or rollers would be great!

Love my Total Gym

I love my total gym. I don't exorcise but about 3 times a week. I have lost 24 lbs. At first I found it hard to lift and now I can pick it right up. I'm 52 and 100 lbs over weight. 75 now :) I have been eating right, but I think the total gym has helped me have more energy. I went to NY last Christmas and had so much trouble walking down stairs. I had to take one step at a time. I just got back from Washington DC and walked everywhere. The only thing that is not my favorite is setting it up, so I leave it set up. My older daughter however has one and has no problem putting it under the bed. I would definately recomend this for someone that wants to lose weight and exorcise, but doesn't see themselves doing workouts like the tv workout video. When you are so overweight those commercials look overwhelming and with the total gym you can make your workout hard or easy to get started. I'm so excited to see where I will be in 6 months.

Awesome Efficient Piece of Equipment

I have chronic low back pain and over the years I've had to limit/eliminate some of my favorite exercises including jogging as it puts to much pressure on my knees and back. The TG allows me to get a total body workout and I've been following the circuit training programs to include cardio--it's as hard as you want to make it. Time and space is also an exercise factor, and the TG allows me to fold it and put it away on my off days and be more efficient with my time when I do work out, I don't have to factor in time to and from the gym to workout.

I can't brag enough about my Total Gym! I love it! I use it a couple times a week and can tell a difference. It's so easy to set up and the number of different exercises is insane! It's definitely worth the price! All the DVDs that came with it are amazing :)

I used the total gym daily @ 4 am for an hour and I am feeling great. I have lost 25 lbs and I can feel long lost strength starting to return/build back up. I love the comfort and the ability and speed to change to different exercises along with the guided workouts, both video and cards. It is a great piece of equipment and with it I don't need to travel to exercise, I enjoy it and I really can't say much more, it's great!

Does not take up much room but is harder to store than advertised due to weight of machine but weight contributes to how well machine works.

My husband and I really enjoy using the Total Gym. It not only tones and strengthens, but it also increases your heart rate while you are working on it. We enjoy it better than a gym membership!

Although I also use a gym for a personal trainer I found that this product not only supplements my gym training but my trainer also recommends using this product. After I told her that I purchased it she told me she was jealous.
