This is a very versatile equipment that allows you to go from a circuit training program ( cardio ) to a more weight oriented workout. Keeps you from becoming bored with your daily workout routine.

This product I will keep forever. I have tried other workout videos too. You name it I've tried it. However, this Total Gym is the bomb! I get on everyday, even if it's for a short time. I have seen results! I'm getting more tone and I feel better after I've worked out on my Total Gym! I'm glad I decided to take that step to invest in my life long commitment to wellness. THANKS!

We use the product mainly for general workouts to tone-up, loss weight, and build muscle. The Total Gym is user friendly, easy to setup and move around to the best workout location. Since we are tight on space, the Total Gym's mobility makes this the ideal purchase without giving up product performance.

The Total Gym is a piece of equipment that is small enough to use in a very small space. I'm 65 years old and I use the Total Gym whenever I'm feeling like using it, rather than waiting on someone to finish any particular machine at the gym or at a health club. Its convenient to use and it is compact. I have not complaints about it.

I've seen the Total Gym on the television for years and thought it would be good for me. I'm 55 and have never exercised. After one Sunday dinner when I was trying to bounce myself off the couch, I told myself I have to do something. Monday when I got home from work, I told my wife I was ordering a Total Gym. It came in a week and I set it up and started using it the next morning and have used it every other morning since. It has given my more strength and stamina and I feel a lot better now! My wife even started using the Total Gym, she uses the treadmill and does exercise tapes all the time. The first time she used it she said " that doesn't feel like it does too much" until the next morning! She was expressed! Thank you Chuck, Christi and Total Gym
