This is well and above as advertised. I have shared this with all my friends. I am a 50yr old male who has come down with osteoporosis and this works great for me. I have shed inches quickly.

I use my TG daily..hard to imagine not having it available every day. I was career military and am now retired. I have always been an active martial artist, and this is the ultimate fitness equipment for keeping in peak shape to perform necessary movements. I purchased a unit identical to mine for my son as he is also into martial arts. Wheels would be nice for moving the machine, but that is really small potatoes in the whole scheme of things. I have been using my TG's for well over twenty years..presently I own the XLS model.... two words: Love It .. !!!!

i use total gym to keep muscle tone and try to keep fit and stay slim as i am in my 60's . it is very versatile , easy to use and i can work on all areas of my body from hear to toe . I love my machine and would reccomend to anyone.

I use the Total Gym to strengthen my body so that when i do Zumba in the Gym and Yoga I am becoming much stronger, and able to do more. Many of the exercises i do are related to the Yoga we do at the Gym, it`s just amazing that i can focus on my core and isolate it so easily with this Gym !!

My husband and I are both in our early 60s and knew we needed to get more exercise but also knew we didn't have the time or discipline to go to a gym. The Total Gym is perfect for us. And after just a month of using it 3 times each week, we can each tell we're getting toned, feel stronger and have more energy.
