I took a management job and now sit all day. I have ruptured disks so I needed core strength. With a little change in my diet and the gym, I went from 185 to 172 - where I needed to be. Lost the weight in 3 weeks use - not bad. I'm six feet tall. A little bit of a pain getting it into and out of a closet.
Pros: Lost 10 Pounds, Comfortable, Reasonably Sturdy, Perfect For Being Busy, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage
Cons: Just Ok Storage Wheels

Being 67, I was a little afraid that I would not be able to keep up with the exercises. I can do them all at my own pace and for as many repetitions as I can. All of the videos and information is so valuable. You almost have to find a workout made just for you.

Great Workout Machine

This is a gift to myself because I want to lose weight, so that I can stop taking 2 types of blood pressure medication. I really like using the total gym because I am working at my own pace andI think this time I am going to stick with this lifestyle change. I am seeing some results and I am glad but I am not rushing. I do not want lose too fast. I love the machine and my only complaint is that I sweat alot while on the machine, wish the material was cooler.

Cons: Better Material For Sweat
