I had been debating about getting this for over a year, that was a year wasted! I really like the overall workout that I get when using this. I enjoy how you can go from one exercise to another without changing out a lot of equipement. It is really great not to have to go to the gym !

I purchased to replace another exercise unit that I have used for years (went through 3 sets of rods during that time) because of issues with torn rotator cuffs (both sides) not caused by the other unit. The fluidity of motion and variety of exercises from each position is remarkable. Further, it allows my core to be engaged at all times during exercise. Although I'm able to work on the top level with nearly all of the exercises it's not an issue because I am 64 years old and at a point in life where flexibility and fluidity are more important than bulk. Total Gym will, in my opinion, work for everyone. Regardless of whatever physical issue you may have you will be able to use Total Gym to benefit your health.

This was by far the best piece my wife and I have every used I bought all kinds of equipment and used hem for a few weeks ad then just stopped I tried multiple work programs like P90X. But I jumped o the total gym and have stopped using it since and I already started seeing a difference on my PT Test for the military and it only a few month I've had it. I'd tell anyone about the gym and tell everyone they should have one.

This product works good for my husband and I that haven't worked out in years but is also great for our two sons. One who is all about fitness and stregnth training and our other son in the military who wants to stay in shape.
