I actaully love my T.G. I think it's very good for one's body!! It's so easy to use, yet effective. Best of all, no going to the gym to do it. I'm in Heaven!!

Very versitile to get an all around workout. Length of machine does require a generious room space, may need to dedicate a room to use if you have an old house with small rooms.

35 years of use

I've given this a lot of work, in 35 years, and finally broke the cable. Funny thing, the cable broke in a place that is not subject to a lot of bending forces. I guess that means I'm getting too strong! Kidding aside, I use mine 3-4 times a week for strength training that complements my cycling, running, and XC skiing. I'm so envious of the newer models compared to my 1970's equipment. So, instead of just getting a replacement cable, I'm hoping that Chuck Norris, or Christie Brinkley will see this, and send me a new replacement machine in recognition of my extended years of ownership and use. Got that Chuck? Christie? Did I say how beneficial this was for improving my muscle tone, and range of movement after I suffered a head injury in a rear end collision?

Very quick & easy to go from one exercise to the next. Doesn't take a lot of time to get a good workout in. Very quiet & smooth Definitly worth it !!

I love it because I can use it whenever I want. I can work out at my own pace. The Total Gym is very quiet- you can even watch TV while you do repetitions!!!! great product

This is a great machine, I worked out with free weights a lot when I was younger but now at 52 yrs. old this is just what I need. I work out early in the morning when it is hard to even find a gym that's open. I can use the total gym and it doesn't disturb anyone else in the house. I would recommend this to anyone.
