I use it 4 times a week and the examples make it easy to understand. I love the DVD's for instruction.

I go to the gym every morning, and use this in the afternoon. On the rare days that I can't get to the gym, being able to use this keeps me "guilt free" because I can stil get a awesome workout. I tell myself "I'm going to work out on the "Total Gym" for 20 minutes"...and before I know it, I've been on it for an hour! That's how fun and easy it is to use.

I use the Total Gym as part of my daily routine. I'm so happy that it has several excercises I can do that works for my whole body. And I am so exstatic to work out in my home. I love the Total Gym!!!!

Use the total gym 3 times a week. Being an older triathlete, I need to build muscle. I am seeing results, my biking has improved, especially mountain biking.

I love this machine. I was not a person who normally worked out. I started trying to loose weight in May 2011 and I have lost 79 pounds. I did not excercise other than walking during this period. Oh, how I wish I had ordered the Total Gym during my weight loss. I totaly love to work out using the Total Gym! I realize this sounds strainge, but the work out is fun. I feel so much better after each and every workout. I'm toning up and I have so much more energy and feel great. That's not bad for a 60 year old woman. Thank you Total Gym!
