I really love my Total Gym...I can use it at home to save time during my day, without fighting for a spot down the street at the gym. The only downfall is that I am needing a little more cardio when I workout - am thinking of purchasing the Total Gym cycler...

We are enjoying our new Total Gym. It is very easy to assemble and set up. We have found that this is the perfect home gym for my wife. She had knee surgery less than a year ago and while going through physical therapy they had her do some exercises on a Total Gym. She found that it was comfortable to mount and dismount without much stress to her new knee. So now that we have our own she can continue her strength and flexibility exercises.

I have had many gym memberships. I always ended up canceling because of time, driving, other people, etc.
I've also had my own home equipment, but it didn't offer as much as The Total Gym does.
I always dreaded exercise. With the Total Gym, I actually look forward to it. It's the highlight of my day. It's actually relaxing. The best me time I've ever participated in. I haven't skipped 1 day.

Several years ago, we bought a Bowflex machine for strength training. Due to many steps required to transition from one exercise to the next, we stopped using. My husband and I decided we needed to start our strength training program again as we are getting older (going into our 50s), after some reference checking, we decided to give the Total Gym a try. We're glad we did! Unlike the Bowflex machine, this machine does not require multiple steps to transition from one exercise to the next. Our sore muscles tell us that this machine WORKS!
