My wife and I are both retired. Love that it is so convenient and easy to use. The adjust-ability allows both of us to get challenging workouts. We could not be more pleased!

I use the Total Gym on average 3 days per week. It is convenient having it @ home; even when I'm tired or feel I don't have time, a 30 minute routine makes a huge difference. Motivation is simply having it right where I can see it and knowing that using it effectively isn't time consuming. At my age and overall fitness level it is a wonderful maintenance tool.

You can tell you had a great workout the first time using this home gym! Like any fitness product you have to committ to doing it at least 3 times a week to see any positive results.

I use this product each morning for a quick workout. There are many different configurations which allow you to set it up for your particular use - strength, abs, everything. It is very easy to set up - within a few minutes it was out of the shipping box, set up and being used. Very happy with the product.

LOVE my Total Gym XLS

I've had my Total Gym XLS for several months now and am in love with it. I've never been one to really stick to working out because I get easily frustrated and bored. But the Total Gym is completely different. It's fun to use and time seems to fly by when I'm using it!
