Effortless Workout... almost a pleasure

I love this machine! It is easy to use and I have seen great results. When I am done working out, I feel the muscles burn. :) My only downside is that the foam padding on the foot pad, is already showing wear and thinning in some spots. I have only had the machine for 3 months and I am a lighter female and the only user.
Pros: Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy To Use

Awesome product! Folds up in seconds. I put this machine under my bed or standing up in the smallest closet in my house. The total gym XLS is a very advanced machine but also has workouts for beginners. Make sure however you watch and LISTEN to the set up and safety video so your total gym will last. There is all kinds of ways to keep advancing with the total gym so there is and should never be a dull workout. I have already recommended this machine to several friends and of course they were not disappointed.. Be patient and eat right!

I am 74 years old and I lost my zest.After using the TOTAL GYM 3 month I get back into swimming and Tennis and get active again. I am going to use it forever in the future . THANK YOU FOR SELLING A GREAT PRODUCT ,LOTHAR EHRENTRAUT

I enjoy exercising with the Total Gym! It helps build a lean body, not bulky. I've lost weight and toned muscle!

This is our Second Total Gym - we bought one for ourselves - my husband and I are seniors who need body strength training and toning. My husband uses it during ski season for cardio. Our son, to whom we gave the second Total Gym is an ex Marine. He got hooked on the TG when his Doctor prescribed PT and it was part of the PT Equipment used to help rehabilitate his knee following arthrocsopic surgery. A Great Product!

Very easy to use. Setting up can be a chore sometimes but it is worth it.
