I don't even have to force myself to exercise its so much fun and easy I want to use it everyday. First piece of exercise equipment thats not a clothes rack!

This machine appears to be a Cardio/Fitness machine but in reality it provides all the benefits of heavy weight training in a convenient easy to use form. I get the exact pump I get from weights and do a total workout in less than 45 minutes. I am impressed.

I wanted something I could use at home and that I wanted to make time for. I work 60+ hours a week and really do not like to exercise. The total gym made convenient for my busy schedule and the videos were motivating, informational and upbeat. It only took a few weeks before I started recognizing the benefits and my husband noticed too. He is now using this machine because he noticed the benefits.
