Worth every penny!

I really love the Total Gym! I had both knees replaced and this machine is just what I needed. It's low impact on my knees. I feel much better after using it that anything else I've tried.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy To Use

Great for all Fitness Levels

I work out 3-4 times per week. Great incentive to see fitness level improve. Have a shoulder injury so easy to accommodate exercises with the TotalGym.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Quiet, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Bulky

I use the total gym every day. I love the variety of exercises that can be done and love the fact that it is easy on the body. So easy to set up and store what a plus.

Since I am somewhat scarred from injuries and surgeries Ilove the privacy. It is somewhat hard to use because of the above but it is getting easier the more I use it. I use it mainly for my legs and abdomen also for my upper body as well.

I use my total gym 3 times a week. I love all the equipment and dvds that came with it. Really gives me a variety of things to do. I think this machine is very easy to use and will be challenging as I move up on the levels. I live in a townhouse so space is limited. I love how easily it folds up and I can either put it in the closet or just roll it over to the corner, which is what I usually do. It's not in the way at all. The convenience of having this in my home and not have to drag out to a gym is one of the reasons I bought it and I am very happy I did.

Bought this for my husband who is a truck driver. He uses it on the weekends. I use it to build my body back up after a recent joint replacement. And the boys love to play in it. Getting a workout and not even realizing it.

I'm an older athlete and needed something to combine with moderate cycling and swimming. Not running much anymore. Total gym is great because I can do a lot of reps at lower resistance and fewer reps at higher resistance.
