Better than expected

I am more than pleased with the Total Gym. The equipment is sturdy and you can build up to keep it challenging. The workout cards and video's keep it from getting boring. I have a really busy schedule and since I can bump up the height and get a faster workout. It has been better than expected.

I would like to use the product more often however I have small children and have to store it in the closet. When they are asleep I can get it out of the closet but it is very heavy for me to move by myself without pinching my fingers in the folded unit. I can get a pretty good strength workout done with it and it does a great job of stretching. It is made very sturdy and I feel it is a quality machine.
Pros: Strengthens, Quiet, Sturdy, Very Smooth Movements, Comfortable
Cons: Bulky, Very heavy to move, Switch Out Accesories, Hard To Set Up

I do most of my work outs to help in rehabing my shoulders and back and it is perfect. Dumb bells and free waits can sometimes cause more harm than good in rehab but the Total gym is excellent. Simply by setting the difficulty level to a lower level so as to not over stress my injury the total gym does what free waits can't do including range of motion exercises and assisted streching. It's an excellent tool for the body I love it.
Pros: Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Quiet, Sturdy
Cons: Not To Be Left Out

I was to the point of being embarrassed about my weight and wanting to do something about it. Within a few weeks after starting the total gym, I noticed my back, shoulders and abs have tightened up. My clothes fit better and I have more energy throughtout the day. My husband and daughter are also using it as well and love it. The convenience of having the Total Gym in our own home is a big plus too. So glad we got it.

Best gift ever!

I received this as a gift in February. I use my Total Gym often, because it's so fun it's addictive! Since mid February, I have lost 15 pounds and a jean size. I haven't done anything else.
Pros: Sturdy, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use

i use this gym after having 4 back surgrys and one on my neck i fine this to be a very good gym i had the bow flex and hurt me more then helping me this gym its the best i have ever use i check rarely work out untill i got this gym and for me it has made my back stronger i am in better shape now and iam a 56 year od man thank you total gym
