Great Machine for beginners

Product is easy to use. Directions on storing it on not real clear but after a fashion I figured out how to collapse it. Great videos with it.

I had recent surgery to attach the tendon to my left shoulder and had to travel 70mi round trip for PT. My PT gave me instructions and a visual aid on what to do and when. having the machine in my home made it so easy to use I amazed my Dr. when I went for my final checkup in 3mos.

One question is "was this a gift"? I said yes!!! The perfect gift to US!! My husband and I love the Total Gym!! In fact....our best friends got one upon our recommendation and they love theirs!

so easy and comfortable. you go from one exercise to the next and one attachment to the next with such ease I love to exercise now and I only have to use ONE machine to target every part of my body. Best purchase EVER!!!!!

I had shouler surgery and never got back my strength or range of movement. Since I purchased the total gym and started working out 3 times a week with the videos I have regained all of my strength and a greater range of motion.
