"Skeptics - WOW is all I can say,"

I hate going to a gym so I tried out the Total Gym and it is BETTER than advertised. The Total Gym is just like having a personal gym in the comfort of your own home. My wife and I use it for a total body work out. It is very easy to change exercises without losing momentum. The exercise chart and cards give a great point of reference to change up the exercise routine. The Total Gym is very sturdy and able to handle more than you can give it.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Robust, Quiet, Sturdy

Relief for an Old Lady

I am a 51yr old female with arthritis and in the spine and neck areas. I have went from using a heating pad for pain relief on a daily basis and very restless sleep due to consistant pain....to being virtually pain free. The Total Gym has allowed me to strengthen my muscles to support my spine and neck and give me a great workout without damage or pain to my joints. Thank You!

Upgraded to the XLS

Love it! This is my second one. I used the original Total Gym for many years. I finally upgraded to the XLS. I gave it to a friend he and the wife use it now. It's a little beat up but still usable for there needs. I cross train and works great when I want to mix it up. I never get bored using this machine. You can pretty much work any part of your body with the XLS.

This is the best machine I have ever used. I have had numerous machines but none have been as effective as the Total Gym. I use it everyday and I Love It.

I first bought a total gym in 1999. Moved and left it behind. Biggest mistake I ever made. Never stopped wanting another one. Now I have the XLS and it's even better. It's like anything else. You're only going to get out of it what you put in to it. The only home equipment I strongly recommend to my friends. And believe me I've tried them all.

I had just had the gastric bypass and this was an awesome piece of equipment to help me lose the weight and gain muscle and strength. It was easy to set up. I like the fact that I can follow the exercises that are set up or I an make some up on my own.

I bought this for myself for my New Years Resolution, and because I'll be 50 this year. I used to join gyms, but now live in the country. So gyms are not convenient. I love the videos with trainers who show you how to use the machines and work out programs! Those are priceless because most people, myself included wouldn't know all that it could do. Love it. Best program I've seen and I already see results. THANK YOU!
