So easy to use and store. I love it!

I will be turning 50 this year and want to get to my high school weight and be healthy and fit by my birthday. I had been eating healthier and doing cardio (sprints) on the treadmill, but I am not a gym person or a weight person. I knew I needed to do more than just cardio but I also needed something easy and fun. I couldn't sleep one night and was watching T.V. and watched the Total Gym infomercial for the gazzillionth time! But this time I decided to try it! When I first got my Total Gym I followed the beginners workout video. Since I hadn't worked on strength or resistance training in years I started at level 4 for lower body, and 2 for upper body. It was extremely easy, and I began to question whether it was going to do the job I had hoped, and that it promised. I figured I would raise my levels to a 3 & 5 for my next workout, in 2 days. By the time that 2 days rolled around I was feeling muscles I didn't even know I had! Needless to say, I stuck with the lower levels for about a week, before bumping it up! Within about 2 weeks I could see a huge difference in my muscle tone and strength. I continue to use it and I am getting close to my goal weight. With the help of the total gym I will not only be back at my high school weight by my 50th birthday, but I will be in the best shape I have ever been in! I love my total gym! :)

I sent the total gym back within 30 days. Found that it was more effort to move from one exercise to another. Easier to use strength training tools. also difficult for me to get on and off due to my core strength and balance. The gym in itself is nice, does take up space and more hassle to secure the bench between exercises.

I used it to get back in shape. I did notice a great deal more muscle mass than what I had before. My strength increased. I love this and my kids even use it. I have even had a another of my friends order this based on my experience.

I use my total gym every other day. I like how fast I have seen definition in my arms. Storing it is not as easy as it looks.

Great size and workout!

I use the Total Gym 6 days a week. I started on the beginning program for a month and a half and then felt ready for the intermediate level. It is great for working out all those parts that need toning and strengthening. I enjoy the ease of learning the workouts and the ability to do them in the privacy of my own home. I am not a huge fan of the guy that talks about training. I like watching the videos with the fit man and woman. They are inspirational, but the guy who speaks annoys me - especially when he says "smile". I wish there were other video options for those levels. I would rather work with the videos each time, but because I don't like listening to him I learn the exercises as quickly as possible so I don't have to listen to him.
