Love my Total Gym

I have a gym but I just never got myself down stairs to work out. After I bought the Total Gym something clicked. I liked using it. It's fun and easy and I get a great work out. Work outs were easy to get going with the cards and dvd's. You really have everything you need. I would say this has been life changing for me.
Pros: Quiet, Strengthens, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Easy To Use

Better Than I Expected, Love It

I am a 65 year old woman facing knee surgery. I can customize my workout to protect my knee but still get a great workout. I attended a local Fitness Center but I like this better, it is faster and I am getting great results.

I leave my Total Gym up all the time and I live in a studio apartment; perfect furnshing. I use it 4-5 times a week. I would recommend this product!

Love that one machine can target so many different muscle groups/areas of the body, and there are a great variety of exercises in each group. Guides and instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
