I use the Total Gym 2-4 times a week. I feel I get a complete workout usually concentrating on upper body one day and lower body the next. I also purchased the Pilates package. There is a great variety of exercises and programs and I have not become bored because of program repetition or lack of interesting workouts.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Quiet, Well made, Easy Storage, Comfortable

I use my Total Gym 4 times a week, easy to set up, simple to use & I get a great workout at home. No need to change or wait for machines like at the gym. You can get a great work out in as little as 10 minutes. Great for a busy lifestyle.

Because I seldom get any exercise at all, I thought I'd try something stationary in my home that I would have easy access to night or day. The Total Gym has been perfect for me, as it takes up little space to set up and also store. I've been able to pick and choose what exercises work for me, and absolutely love the way I don't suffer in my joints. Who knew that I could do squats consistently and never experience any discomfort in my knees? The Total Gym has made my exercising experience something I can live with and see results at the same time. And I'm only using it for 15 minutes a day. I like it very much!

I really LOVE my total gym. I am 54 years old and the total gym is easy for me to use. I lost weight and am firming up, I dropped 2 sizes and can't wait till the next work out. I love all the exercises on the gym, I can change from one to the other so easy.Money well spent.

Very easy to use and setup. The one thing I don't like is that it sometime can come unfolded when your putting the total gym away.. Their should be something holding it together.
