This product gives a great workout and the best part is you don't have to leave the house. The videos are great. I felt my strength improving in the fist week of use.

I love the total gym. I don't have to leave my house. I use it for strength training more than anything else. I try to use it 5 days a week. It is easy to use. My husband does not care for it, because it is part of our living room decor.

We love the Total Gym because it is perfect for our needs - regular exercise for stretching, strengthening, toning up. The only criticism we haveis that the packaging it was shipped in was not strong enough to withstand the shipping and the plastic end bar protectors were broken off from arrival.

When the gym is set-up, it takes up a little bit more space than I thought. But this is no big deal.

Love my Total Gym

I use my total gym 3 days per week along with the beginner dvd. It has really made a difference in the way I look and feel. I am getting stronger and leaner. I wanted something for strenghth training without having to go to a gym and lift weights and maneuver cumbersome equipment. So I bought the total gym and I love it. It is everything the infomercial claims. Very easy to use, came fully assembled, I was able to start using it right out of the box. Easy to make adjustment and add peices like the wing bar. Finally something that really does work. I know I'll keep using my total gym even after I get to my goal weight.

I've recently given up on the gym after 12+ years due to the long lines, noise and crowds. I really love working out at home and wanted something fun yet toning. Total Gym delivers! Also I've watched every fitness infomerciall out there and decided on Total Gym b/c it looked like the most fun.
