My husband & I love this gym!! He is a big guy & I was worried that it wouldn't be big or long enough for him (he's 6'4") but it was. We are both able to get a challenging & great workout on it. Love the ease of switching from one exercise to the next very quickly. I would recommend this to anyone!!

This is an amazing product. I have only been using it for 1 month and my arms have toned, my clothes fitting more comfortable and easy to use every morning before my shower! I have to admit, when I first set it up, it sat there for a month with no use. Now that the weather is looking up, I sure wish I would have started using it right away. I should be at my goal in another month and am happy to say how excited I am for boating season!!

I was pleasingly surprised when the Total Gym came in how much more of a product it was than I had thought. It is rugged and not flimsy or light at all. Yet light enough to move around.

I "Believe" is in reference to how I have always viewed the info commercials of the Total Gym and it was not until we set it up and used it for the first did I truly realize that this thing really is a TOTAL gym. Everything you could imaginably think of can be accomplished. My wife and I have used it consistently for 8 weeks and we are noticing the difference in our physical, and mental well being. Thank you TOTAL GYM.
