Reliable, Efficient, Convenient!!!

I have always been a fan of Total Gym since it first came out when must mom bought ordered one herself. My mother refused to give hers up so I was forced to buy one afraid it wouldn't have the same designs and durability as before. Not only have I discovered the lnes consistantancy in design, it is now better than ever with more variety in exercise styles, fitness levels and accessories. The only con is that I don't make enough money to buy all acceGreatssories offered which is a personal complaint! The exercises work and the Total Gym will last a lifetime with care. Great for everyday use for fitness addicts or occassional use for couch potatoes like myself.
Pros: Affordable, Easy To Set Up, Easy to clean, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy Storage, Comfortable, Warranty Options, Easy To Use, Regimens For All Levels, Quiet, Durable Equipment, Illustrated Exercise, Space saver

I love love love this machine! It really is easy to use and fun. The videos are helpful when getting started out but now I love to crank up my music and go through the routines. The machine is very easy to adjust between exercises. The only con with this machine is that it is not as easy as they say to fold it back up for storage.
Pros: Quiet, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Strengthens, Sturdy
Cons: Storage Not That Easy

10 - 15 minutes just a few times a week as I'm watching tv or have a few extra minutes here and there feels great! No lost time changing plates or moving pins and cables. Sit, kneel or lay down and get to it.

i don't like working out but saw the infommercial and ordered this. i love it ! so easy to use i now work out 4x a week . sometimes i just do some easy exercises on it to relieve stress. better than having to leave the house to go to the gym, i never was consistant with that.

Total Gym is a very versatile piece of exercise equipment. The pulley system enables you to work the same muscles at many different angles. Most other exercise equipment you find, in a gym, only work in one dimension along a restricted axis of movement. Also, because the pulleys are independent of each other, Total gym is great for working on your coordination and balance. As an engineer myself, I was always intrigued by the Total Gym design, but, I did not purchase Total Gym until just recently. I wish I had bought my Total Gym a long time ago. My wife loves the Total Gym too. As a women, she was shy about working out in public. But, at home, she is now very enthusiastic about doing strength training on the Total Gym.

I use my total gym 3-4 times a week. It's so easy to get a workout in and I always feel great when I am done...whether I spent an hour, or squeezed in a quick twenty minutes. The videos and other supportive tools are great to use and effective. I am so happy with my decision to invest in the Total Gym!
