With several injuries, TG allows me to work all my muscle groups and perform a wide array of exercises. With all of the accessories, i can also do specialized work such as pilates, etc. It is easy to move and easy to store, so i have no excuses. If i am sitting on the couch watching a sporting event, I just get up, go into my home gym, watch the game and workout. there is a reason Total Gym has been around for so long.

We use to rarely work out but this is fun and we both work out 3 to 4 days a week. We use the Total Gym to lose weight, stay toned and increase strenth. Wife and I both.

I use the Total Gym to define my muscles. I can use it for every body part. I concentrate on certain muscles for each work out. I do triceps and biceps in one work out, chest and back together, shoulders and legs I do separately. I include abs in one or all of my work outs. The parts to the Total Gym are so easy to change out when the exercise requires you to unhook the pulley and attach a part to the equipment to perform certain exercises. I absolutely love it!

The product is easy to use. I specifically like that it can be stored in the closet, at a corner, or behind a door. Actually, I perfer not to store it in order to start my work-out without the hassle of taking it out. But putting it away is no problem. I love the fact that I can easily adjust the levels depending on how much resistance I want for my workout. Most importantly, the 10 minute videos really help get me started in the morning. Saves me lots of time from my busy schedule.

This is my second Total Gym. I never used the first one and it sat in my home gym and I ended up selling it. Now I use is often and am very happy with how I feel after my workouts. I love the fact that it is so portable and easy to store when not in use.
