Great product, multiuse

Used the Total Gym at Physical Therapy and decided to get one for home as well. It's been a great addition and has even gotten my husband to workout! Although easy to use and transition from one workout to the next, my bed is too low to the ground to store so have to leave out and takes up quite a bit of space in the living room.
Pros: Quiet, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use
Cons: Heavy

My husband and I use this machine daily. We love that it is a quick and easy way to work all the muscle groups in a few, quick exercises. I have a back injury, so I must do low impact exercises only. This machine is really comfortable and easy on the back.

getting slim with the total gym

Use the total gym to assist in weight loss to make myself healthier and fight high blood pressure and diabetes. Along with diet I lost 20 pounds in 1 month. Total gym allows me to stretch as well as strengthen my muscles without over doing it. Thank you Total Gym xls.

I can't say enough great things about this product. It makes me feel like I'm at the gym! Videos are not cheesy at all (which most of them are) I've lost almost 30 lbs since 1-1-13. I recieved the TG 2-22-13 and started using it right away!

I use the Total Gym daily. I have severe, lower, back pain which restricts me from doing many exercises. This machine is wonderful! The attachments allow other functions, such as decompressing pressure on my back. The Total Gym has changed my life! My son has also found an interest in using the Total Gym. Playing football requires strength training, and conditioning which he normally performs on the field, but he also uses the Total gym at home.
