Great product- if you learn how to use!

Time consuming to hook up other parts- legs, etc. When your in the middle of a workout.
Pros: Quiet, Sturdy, Comfortable
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I hate exercise and have battled it and my weight my entire life. This is the best investment you will ever make. It comes with a variety of DVDs for training and it works really well. I am completely hooked on it and use it 4-5 times a week. Do it! I did.

I use this product 3-4 times a week and enjoy it. I have never been an "exerciser" or workout person because I didn't have time and did not enjoy it. Because I am aging, I knew I needed to do something to strengthen my muscles to protect my joints so after my son told me they have one at work and "it is the only thing on an infomercial that was legit" I decided to try it. I have never looked forward to working out before but I have worked out 3-4 times a week since I got the TotalGym. I do need to lose weight and I have not had any weight loss but I do feel stronger, have more stamina and strength and that is why I really wanted it, weight loss would be a bonus.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Comfortable

Losing weight and having fun

After purchasing the total gym, I didn't know how long I would use it, since I don't always follow through with what I want to achieve. But I have followed the DVD's and changed my eating habits and have lost 25 lbs since the first of the year. I enjoy using the Total Gym. It works like it's advertised. It works all parts of the body. If you follow the instructions you will get the desired results. Thank you Total Gym

I am a recreational runner but needed an upper body workout, this works and its fun!

The total gym is a very usful and effective piece of equipment. It allows variety and easy variance in the routine. I have seen similiar type of equipment however, it doesn't offer the same craftsmanship and the fluid feel that I have experienced in the total gym. The only con about this product is if you don't use it. "I am a sold and happy client". Thanks!

Perfect for Stay at home MOMS!!

I have bad knees and I am a stay at home mom. My current gym doesn't provide babysitting so I was stuck to not being able to lift weights or be able to work my body harder. With the total gym I was able to slim down by working 3x a week, then build muscle and strength by going to an intermediate workout and go 4x a week. I can use it at anytime with my crazy schedule and I literally don't waste anytime by waiting for someone to get off a machine or station. I can stay in shape and not hurt my knees. Which has been my problem since I got out of the Marines. trying to stay in shape and not hurt my knees any worse. Well the total gym is worth it! I love this thing, Well worth the money. Just make sure your workout space is big enough to have the machine unfolded in and for the cables to be moved in all directions.

My husband and I use the total gym and absolutely love it. You can go at your own speed and increase as you need to. We would use it several times a day if we had the time. Anyone can do this gym. It's not hard and allows you build your strength and stamina as slow or fast as you want. We would buy it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Total Gym.
