Great Investment

I hate working out in public places, so the Total Gym is ideal for me. I have been using it every day for a couple of months, and can really see the results. I never thought I would look forward to exercise, but I do with my Total Gym. It's very motivating. I tell everyone!
Pros: Quiet, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up

I love the Total Gym! I found it a little difficult to set up, but then again, I am a mechanical moron :-( It is quiet and easy to use, and provides a percentage of your body weight as resistance. It is extremely versatile and durable (I am around 230 lbs - former body builder type). I also find it easy and quick to switch between exercises.
Pros: Easy Storage, Strengthens, Comfortable, Quiet, Sturdy, Easy To Use
Cons: Hard To Set Up

i use the gym daily for strenght training workouts and sometimes i use it for circuit training.What i love is you use your body weight to gain strength versus free weights.I also love the dozens of exercises that you can on it.I think this machine was a very good buy and a decent price.

I have chronic back pain, but with the Total Gym, I am able to do the workouts without adding any stress. Also, my back pain has been less bothersome since beginning my workouts.

My sons and I use the machine almost daily. We had an older version, and LOVE the new machine purchased. It is much easier to use and is better crafted. We use for all, strength, weight loss...etc. I was amazed at the ab workouts, as I did not expect to feel it as much. You are not only working your abs but your arms and legs as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine and have recommended it to family and friends!

Im 45 and wanted a stonger core and strenthen my back without going to a gym.The quietness of the machine along with all the different excercises that can be done have far exceeded my expectations. The monly payment plan was a great deal for being a single household income.

This equipment is awesome! I use it 3-4 times a week. Whatever days I do not use my treadmill then I am working out on the Total Gym. I am way over going to a gym and sharing the equipment with others. Having the setup in my home works perfect with my schedule. I purchased the TG in January of this year and can honestly say the exercises give you a workout. The exercise chart and cards are easy to follow. But the best part is I feel stronger and can wear those jeans that were just a bit tight before. I also ordered the Ab Crunch with my TG. This piece of equipment works those abs and is a must have!
