I use this product to improve strength in my limbs as well as my heart and to build stamina. It is convenient so I don't have to go to the gym miles away. I can use it any time day or night. It is very sturdy and made very well. Love the ease of a smooth workout. A truly professional piece of equipment.

The Total Gym was a little hard to set up at first and it takes up more room than I thought it would, but all in all, I very pleased with the product.

I am 69 years old and have worked with weights on and off for about 25 years. I was tired of "free weights" and decided to try the Totay Gym. For me it is perfect. No, I probably won;t get to the top level, but iin a month I saw results and felt a real happiness when I was done. Doing the Intermediate Workout, and can't say enough good about it.

I had been looking for a machine that I could enjoy using when I couldn't make it to the gym. Treadmills bored me,and space was a definite issue. The Total Gym is a perfect choice for me, especially since I stay toned and lose weight best with weight training activities.

It's just like the infomercial says... Once you start using it, you won't want to stop. You will want to tell everyone that you're using it. At 39 (soon to be 40), this is the best investment I've made in my life thus far. I think the Total Gym could very well be the best piece of workout equipment ever made!
