What a 'gem' this is!

If I could make a proposal it would be to make the work out cards easier to use, like in a rolodex form where you can flip between cards. Otherwise this is a great product and in our house it is well used. Thank you Total Gym!!

Versatile machine

I bought this for my wife-she rarely uses it, but I use it twice per week. I just do the fifteen core exercises in the start up program but that gives me a good workout. The upper body work has made a noticeable difference in my swimming-I am a competitive age group triathlete. It is very easy to use and stores easily against a wall. My only complaint is that the weight is not enough for an effective squat even on setting 6. I do one legged squats and it does have the capability of adding weights. Overall, I think it is awesome- well built and versatile. I haven't yet begun to exhaust the capabilities of this machine.

Gym quality machine at home!

I am 55 and a former professional baseball pitcher. I go to the gym 5 days a week at 5am, but still needed to have the comfort of a workout machine in my home. Our Total Gym is in our bedroom and the entire family uses it. My wife has bad knees, so the Total Gym allows her to get her workout in without stress to her knees. I am working toward a body "i once had" when i was paid to keep it in shape, many years ago :).....GB

This was much more than i expected. I used to only excercise occassionally; but when i received my total gym and started using it i became hooked. I started seeing results immediately which was a great motivator! Now i look forward to using it every day!

The product is great. I have been doing more in the privacy in my room whenever I want. I did have a problem with setting up, due to my lower lumbar injury it was some what difficult with lifting and setting up. Other then that I love it. I don't have to drive to a gym and I get a better workout at home, then at a gym.
