Awesome Work Out Machine

I bought the Total Gym XLS and it was the easiest thing to set up and start using right away. It comes with workouts that you can follow along with and it also lets you create your own workout and routine. I started feeling stronger right away and felt good that I can use this machine in the comfort of my own home.

I love the Total Gym XLS! This is a product that the whole family can use. I have 2 teenage kids and they also love to use the total gym for weight training & stretching. There are so many variations of exercise and strength training you can do with this machine, the possibilites are endless. This product was easy to set up and stores easily too. This is my go-to workout. I feel it works all parts of my body. I would highly recommend purchasing this piece of equipment if you want versatility in your exercise routine.

Honestly this machine is pretty awesome. There are so many different workout exercises and routines that anyone can do at the speed they want to do it. Now don't expect to get ripped and lose weight just by using this. You still need to eat right and add more cardio. For me I would run beforehand and then do whatever routine I planned on doing for that day. It is very effective for people who are busy throughout the whole day like I am because you really only need 8-16 minutes a day. It was very easy to set up and very easy to store away under a bed or upright.

I have been using the Total Gym to help build muscle and loose weight. I have a thyroid issue so it makes it hard to loose weight and easy to gain weight. Total Gym has been the best thing I have found to help me to build muscle and loose weight the easiest! I have been using it for 3 months and have lost 30 lbs and have kept it off! I feel stronger and am excited about my workouts each day! The only compliant that I have is that it is a little difficult to set up/ unfold after stored. Very easy to use, love leg workouts as well as using the Pilates bar and with the cold weather i love that i can do the workouts inside my nice warm home!!! Thank you total gym!
