Easy to use and works every muscle group

I use the product about three to four times a week. For pilates and weight training. It was easy set up. Right out of the box.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, No Jerking Motion, Strengthens, Quiet, Easy To Use
Cons: NONE

Comfortable, easy workout

I use it to supplement regular free weight workout. Sometimes use it to warm up arms, legs chest before using barbell/dumbbells. Best use is ab workout...better than at the gym. For me the leg exercises are too easy; I use it to warm up my legs not enough resistance. Arm exercises are fun. Great variety for all muscle groups..never boring.

I use the gym every day. I am following the video workouts for the 8 minute daily workout. I supplement this with walking on a treadmill. I feel this provides better exercise than the machines at the local gym. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to get on and off the device, but the videos are a big help. I think they are necessary to proper use of the gym, but I'm a visual person. Very pleased with the quality.

Fantastic Much better than going 2 a gym

Use it daily for a regular exercise routine that can be used any time that one has a few minutes a day to spare. I usr mine multiple times a day.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy Storage, Comfortable, Easy To Use
Cons: Hard To Set Up

My wife and myself both use this machine and both love it. It is easy to set up. we have watched the videos and can follow them to a tee. delivery was so fast. would recommend it to everyone

I gained 35 lbs after having 2 kids. I kept extra weight for the last 2.5 yrs. I ordered Total Gym after a few weeks I received it and start working out. I do not work out since I do not know where to begin but Total Gym is awesome they have those cue cards its totally idiot free. Started using Total Gym on Feb. 2, 2013, working out at least 5x a week and with clean diet, I have lost 25 lbs and my husband lost 10 lbs and gaining back his muscles.
