I cannot say enough great things about this gym. I bought it bc I suffered a VERY PAINFUL pelvic torsion and needed to get my core strong and I am not a fan of Pilates. Within the first two weeks, I noticed a change in my arms and kept going. My core is so much stronger now; my clothing fits better; people are commenting on how good I look; my back fat is gone; my overall general strength has improved a thousand fold. And it's FUN and I WANT to use this gym EVERY day. It doesn't take very long to see results. It's AMAZING. And it's low impact on my worn out knees and feet. And the weight loss is a total bonus!

Great Results for the Entire Family

There are 5 of us in the house using this machine. Myself and my 22yr old daughter use it for toning and weight loss. My husband and the two teenage boys use it for strength building. Awesome for the entire family. Much less costly then a gym membership for all five of us.

60 year old decides to buff it up!!

I HAD LOST 60 POUNDS BEFORE I TURNED 60. BUT I KNOW AT MY AGE I REALLY REALLY NEED STRENGTH TRAINING. I TRIED YOGA...NOT FOR ME....SO MY FRIEND AT WORK - SHE GOT ONE AND SHE RAVED ABOUT IT. I REALLY LIKE THE EASE OF USE AND THE QUIETNESS OF IT. I CAN TELL IT IS WORKING AND MY STRENGTH IS IMPROVING DRAMTICALLY

Very Pleased with the Total Gym

My wife and I use the product quite a bit. We have had other machines that collect dust, this one does not. It is a quick and effective workout. You have to want to make it tough, otherwise the machine can make the exercises easy. But put the machine up another notch, and you will sweat and burn calories. We both love the Total Gym.

I need to lose weight and shape up,I can't afford a gym membership so thought would be a good solution. I am have trouble with some of the exercises, but am hoping as i get better at it I will be able to do them.

We purchased the Total Gym to help us lose weight. We purchased the gym for my husband and myself but our entire family is enjoying the benefits of the gym. Everyone in our home including our seven year old uses the gym on a daily basis. We would recommend the gym to anyone who is wanting to lose weight, strengthen, or just get healthy. If you use the gym with your family, you will have lots of family time as well as working in a group for support which will help you stay with the workout on a daily basis.
