I have loved my gym since i have received it..easy to use that is the best. I can change from one workout to another with ease. I can go downstairs and work out whenever i feel the need. I am so glad I received it and I will continue to use and It makes me happy.

My son has gotten a lot of use out of this equipment so far. My husband and I have used it as we have had time. It's very easy to use. My husband is 6'2" and this machine is a little small for him. I would like to have the hand pulleys that are pictured in the instructional video. The ones that came with it are a little difficult to use for some exercises.
Pros: Quiet, Convenient, Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
Cons: Hand Pulleys Need Upgrade, A Little Small

I love the Total Gym XLS that I bought for my daughter and I. I love how easy it is to use for my basic exercises and she loves the variety of exercises it offers. She wants the peddler/bicycle attachement so hope I win the gift card so I can get her that with it for her 18th bday (2 weeks away). WE LOVE TOTAL GYM! And I especially enjoy the no-brainer videos that come with the ensemble. From set up to serious workouts as well as the easier ones for the not-so-young like me .. Total Gym had it covered. There are also so many things to do on the Total Gym XLS that I didn't realize were part of the package. I learn more from it every time I use it. YOU GUYS ROCK!! Keep up the great work and maybe create a bigger foot bar for those of us who need a wider stance area.

We really like our Total Gym and both my husband and myself can use it for different purposes. He likes the strenth training aspect and I like the low-impact and stretching that the machines provides for me. My only complaint would be that the machine is very heavy and hard for me to personally set up and take down on a daily basis and I've pinch my fingers several times trying to managed it's weight while folding. My husband has no troubles with it at all.
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Quiet, Sturdy
Cons: Hard To Set Up

It's so easy to use that I don't mind taking the time to do so. You get so many different exercises in one that you don't need a gym membership. I pair it with my treadmill and walking outside to make a great all around workout.

I use this product 2-3 times a week along with a cardio regimen. I can already see the difference in tone in my arms and chest. Provides a good workout in a little bit of space.
