Absolutely the ONLY Equipment Needed!!

I purchased the Total Gym 1000 years ago and totally loved it. I have replaced the bearing on it several times, but decided that it was time to just jump in and get a new one. I would highly recommend this machine above all others. I have truely loved it. It has worked muscles I did not think were there. I can not say it enough, TRUELY AMAZING MACHINE.

This is a very fine product. Well made. Smooth. Easy to set up. Variety in exercises. I can't think of any reason not to recommend it.

I use my total gym a couple days a week. Results show so quickly and it is so easy to use. The best part is the training workout is so quick. You get so many exercises completed in such a short time span. I would recommend this to everyone I know.

I use this 3-4 times per week for 45 minutes I have never been so lean my husband thinks I look the best. I would never give this up addicted.

My husband can now tie his shoes again and has lost a coat size as well. We use it daily and it helps flexibility, strength, weight. It is just the best thing we have tried. I love the video tapes that come with it as well. I am so thankful. A true gym in my home that takes you from your weakest point and helps you become strong again.
