I can't say anything bad about it. It was easy to setup and it is easy to close up for storage.

Great Machine!

I am now working out 4-6 times a week and feeling stronger and stronger. It is easy to use gives me a fast workout, and is helping me to lose weight and fit in clothes much better. The ease of having it right here at home is very appealing. There seems little chance of an injury occurring as compared to my former workouts with weights.

Have been very happy with this product....I had gotten out of shape....I am a 51 year old male....5'10", 220lbs, before using the Total Gym....now down to 195Lbs, in just 2 months....also dieting....low carb dieting.....in the best shape I have been in in years......

I had a heart attack last year, and needed a low impact workout. I also wanted to have something that would grow with my improvement. I found the machine easy to take down and set up. Isn't bulky when left set up in a room.

EASY TO USE. DIFFICULT TO WATCH TRAINING VIDEOS WHILE ON THE MACHINE SINCE YOU ARE NOT FACING THE SCREEN. MUCH EASIER TO USE THE TRAINING DECK. I USE THE TOTAL GYM 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK. GREAT CORE WORKOUT. FEELING STRONGER. CAN BE TOUGH ON THE ELBOWS.

This is the best thing I have done for myself. It is effective and fun to use. I saw results fast. My only complaint is that I waited so long to buy one. The DVDs and exercise cards are great. Even the gym I USED to belong to has 2 Total Gyms now.
