No more excuses not to work out. I keep it in the family room, can work out no matter what time I get home, and get it put up out of the way quickly. Now my friends want one!

I don't think there is anything I don't love about my total gym, it is a all over workout, from abs to streches to weights to strength training. I was spending a lot of money taking classes using the total gym, and only doing it 2 times a week. Now I can do it everyday and love it. I have lost 134 lbs and find this is my best type of workout, with no impact. Love how it tones my whole body.

I got this because it has a feature I need for physical therapy to strengthen my back. It is perfect for that and I am now wanting to expand my usage, and my husband has been using it daily looking pretty good for over 60!

Love my total gym. Wished I would have bought it along time ago. I love working out on this machine. I had my husband try because he did not think this would work. We both laughed when he tried it out for the first time he then realized it was a workout. We use this machine 3 times a week for best results using the videos that came with it. We cannot say one bad thing about the total gym xls.
