"Very happy great workout"

Low impact workout that is easy on my joints. I have had issues with using free weights, but with the Total Gym I get a great workout that is easier on my joints.

I was looking for a way to enhance my weight training, as I'm a competive bodybuilding champion. I've actually come up with complete bodybuilding routines you can do just with the Total Gym or add to your current routine. My workouts are faster and more effective than ever. They promote getting in shape in the commercials, but you can do that and so much more. Extremely well built and ease of setup... everything they say is true!

Is very convenient to have every machine in one. Works all the muscle groups. So easy my 5 year old uses it.

I wanted to get my husband a gym system that would provide him guidance(he enjoys the videos), not complicated, but effective. I was worried how he would respond to this gift; but the other day he said I really do like this Total Gym. I get really good workouts. I love him but he is one skeptical man so for him this is a huge compliment. It is long but we made the space.
