Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Replaces Weight Machines, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, No Jolting Of Joints, Strengthens, No Pounding On Knees, Quiet, Comfortable, Great Cds To Train With

Had an old model and this is MUCH better! All the included attachments give me a much better workout all while not putting stress on my joints. I am getting stronger without the excessive pain I would get at the gym. My daughter used my old one all the time when she was here. She would have LOVED this one!

I work 12hr days, so when I get home I don't have the energy to go to a gym. The simplicity of this product and it's easy use makes it detrimental to maintaining my physical fitness and the videos make it fun.

I was skeptical when seeing this product on TV. But I figured with my busy schedule this may be what I need to drop some pounds and get in better shape. After a simple setup, I was ready to go. I was surprised by the ease and comfort of the XLS. I love how you can smoothly transition from one exercise to another. Also, it isn't bulky and fits easily in my storage area. The Total Gym machine was just what I was looking for.

i use my Total Gym 4- 5xs a week. I rotate thru the DVDs that I rec'd. The 6-8 min workouts are great when I'm short on time. I'll do 2 of those at a time. I'll perform the Men's as well as the women's workout. So far I have lost about 10lbs. I'm starting to get my muscle tone back and feel great!
