Best complete workout in a box.

The perfect gym that I can visit anytime. Those days, I just do not feel like working out, I turn the TV on to watch my favorite show, but instead of laying on the couch, I lay on the Total Gym and start some simple warm ups. Before, I know it, I am into a full workout. It is the best workout equipment.

The gym is easy to set up, use, and put away. It is easy to do a complete exercise program all at one time or to do partial in several segments. It fits my style of program and has allowed me to strengthen my muscles without harm.

this has worked well for me in the past, however, i am older and its much harder for me to lose weight. I really need a personal trainer.

Once I recieved my Total Gym and easily set it up, I was amazed at how sturdy and easy it was to use and I love it. It has made a tremendous improvement on my overall strength and I am now incorporating a diet change to begin weight management.

Have not encountered any negative problems with the machine. I am 55 years old, a recently retired verteran of the Iraq war and have been using Total Gym to help me get back in shape while suffering from PTSD and other injuries. Recomend for everyone.
