i use this product to start my morming, it is the best way to get up because you know you just finsih doing something great for yourself. whats great about it, its quick to put together and away.

Great purchase! Easy to use, easy to step up, and take down if I need to move it. The charts are great along with the cards. The exercise programs included are easy to use and fun. Recommend to any to purchase this.

Very easy to use. The start up video provided just the right amount of information/instructions to get started on the gym. I may expand the use of the gym by purchasing other accessories. What a great idea to incorporate a bike exercise accessory to the gym. I like the deck of cards that allow you to create different types of workouts to target specific areas of the body.

I couldn't get my husband to workout with me, but now he gets up an hour before leaving for work to workout on the total gym.

I do love the product and use it often. It's flexible on weights enough that my 13 year old son can easily use it as well. The only problem I've had is that the bottom portion of the seat cover ripped away from the middle portion quickly and easily.

Cons: Not easy to store away
