I use it 3 times a week. I haven't seen weight loss but I have seen my strength return. Started at position three and found that 15 mins can be a muscle exhausting routine. one of the best investments I have made for exercise!

I use this to compliment my aerobic workouts. You can use it for 30 minutes or 5 minutes and get reults either way.

My first TG my daughter wanted so we purchased the latest one and love it. The videos are well done and educational. The exercises provided are very doable. We love it. My back is no longer sore doing crunches and the ability to really stretch your muscles without stressing them is perfect. I would recommend the TG to people of all ages and sizes. It is truly a "gentle giant" exercise machine with results.

Very easy to use and extremely versatile. 2 adults and 1 teen use it and we were able to cancel our gym membership. Perfect addition to our home gym

Best Home System for single people

As someone who moves often (1-2 years) this is a system that is easy to set up and take down, not hard to move around and is well put togather.

A GREAT rehab machine !!!

My wife had a knee replaced and we purchased it for rehab. So far, it is working great. She was able to start easy but has increased her daily exercise schedule and her surgeon is amazed at her recovery for a 64 year old. He asked her if she would like to put on a seminar for his patients on how to do rehab.
