It's tough and its smooth

I use the total gym everyday. I have a large enough area so I don't have to put the gym away all the time, however it's a breeze to fold down and slide it away. I love how smooth it glides, very quiet. the leatherette covering is tough as nails also. Its a great looking piece of training equipement, I leave out all the time. friends comment all the time on how good it looks. Why is this question even here, there is nothing adverse I can say about my Total Gym,,,,Thank You TOTAL GYM I Love It

I use this product to help loose weight and it is GREAT. It is easy to set up and use and the instructional videos that came with it are useful in helping set a workout plan that works best for you.

The convenience of working out at home, and the results I can get, make it totally worth buying! I live in an apartment, so noise can be a huge issue. The gym is very quiet and never bothers my neighbors, another big plus.

I make use of my total gym every 2-3 days. It's designed to motivate you to hop on and do a quick 20 min brisk workout, or go on to do a full workout. The instructional DVD's are produced with both amateur(s) and professional(s) in mind. The 20 min express workout is one of the best. This is by far the best homegym system I have ever owned, and I recommend everyone has one in each of their homes :) Happy workout!

I used to work out at home every day or so for about 30-40 minutes just using some free weights, lots of ab work, pushups, and stretching. Been doing this for over 25 years and considered myself in excellent shape. Now with the Total Gym XLS I work out at least an hour and I'm STILL thinking of more exercises this machine can let me do. I love its versatility, you can pick and choose what you need to do and just do it. Vary the incline to match how hard you want to push yourself that day - the variations are endless. I've had the gym for about 3 months now, and I'm impressed by the results (and so is my partner).
