Awesome Product - Would Recommend To All

I lost 14 lbs from the Total Gym & now I"m a believer. I could not believe using the Total Gym for 4-5 days a week stopped my heart palpatations and lowered my blood pressure. At first I didnt think this gym could make me lose weight, but now I'm so happy and healthier. My doctor is so happy that the gym is keeping me off the blood pressure meds. I want to thank the makers of total gym that they were very smart in creating such a great gym. I use to go to the health club but could not ever lose 14 lbs. It was always 5 lbs here and there. I follow the exercises and use the DVDs that's why it works.

I use the Total Gym every other day, 30 minutes per session. After 4 months of steady use, do I look like Mr. Norris? No, however I feel pretty good and am stronger overall. I bought the gym 2 weeks after right knee replacement. It helped me rehab, but more importantly helped me get ready for my left knee replacement. That rehab has gone extremely well. Thank you for a great piece of machinery. John
