I try to workout every day but usually manage at least several times per week. The basic workout is great for me and the workout cards that show the exercises help a lot. It only took a couple of weeks for me to notice a feeling of wellness, more energy and increased strength. I am very satisfied.

The workout cards that come with it keep the workouts fun and interesting. It's nice having the 6 to 8 minute workouts preset and ready to go for the days where time is limited.

I have to say this thing can kick your butt. I have used free weights, nautilis machines and bow flex and this is just as good if not better. Easy to use and very quick to get a full workout. No matter what your age is or your ablilities the Total Gym will work for you.

This is perfect and just as advertised. Easy to set up, easy to fold up, fits into a small corner, easy transition between exercises. I love being able to work out at my own pace and on my own schedule. I really love not having to wait for the equipment I need to be free. It is great being able to exercise in my own home instead feeling that I am on display with the high school cheerleaders and sports jock who haunt my local gym. I wish I had purchased this years ago! Best Christmas present I ever bought for myself. I have even caught my husband playing on it. He likes it, too.
