We use the equipment three to four times a week. We noticed changes in the first few weeks. On the days the gym is too crowded or I cant get away it is perfect all around workout which I never get at the gym!

Amazing results for lung cancer patients

I developed lung cancer and had to have a lobe removed. Most patients can only exhale about 1200ml. This product has me on top of 2500ml--the highest. Unheard of if a lobe is removed. Thank you for an amazing workout for anyone! Jackie Murphey

I was very skeptical to purchase an excersize equipment online but I was very impressed. The product is extremely sturdy, easy to use, little heavy at first but once you get the hang of it, its not too bad. Love the workout videos and the different eqipment that attaches to the machine. The only thing I would love is more of a variety of new workout videos to purchase. Otherwise its great and I have lost inches in areas I was not able to with regular aerobics classes and machines.
