After 18 years what can I say?

The Total Gym has enabled me to continue to play competitive baseball and golf all the way through my 50s. Now that I'm 60 and have a new hip I'm just playing golf as a single digit handicapper but am in great shape with great relative strength, range of motion, and flexibility due completely to the Total Gym.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Strengthens
Cons: A little expensive

I have no complaints. Some of the exercises take a bit to get used to but are very efficient and do the job. Its very low impact and I love my Total Gym!!

all around fitness machine

Use the total gym 3-4 x week since purchase and x-country ski for additional aerobics - easy to work on specific strength needs for the skiiing end like shoulders /upper body and core. My fitness level grew 3 fold in a couple of months and skate (freestyle x-country) skiing has gotten a whole lot faster. Using the included video for advanced strength training was a benefit - started with 30-40 min workoouts and now up to 60-70 minutes with virtually no breaks between circuits - The only short coming I have found is for the lower body strength. seems to be limited for position and types of leg work. But another plus for the lower body is the stretching.The unit is a quality build and easy to add / remove components and resistance will little time loss between sets.

Total Gym Works

I wanted a product for home use that worked. Like any product, you get out of it, what you put into it. I enjoy the workouts with the total gym because it allows me to push harder on days I'm feeling that extra pump as well as still get a solid work out on days I'm just not feeling it. The only item I find I don't like is having to change the incline manually from exercise to exercise. Otherwise, it's the perfect tool for me to have at home.

I USE THE TOTAL GYM EVERYDAY AND THE GREATEST THING ABOUT THE TOTAL GYM IS ITS SAFE AND WITH A HEALTHY DIET IT WORKS AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT IS NOT GREAT ABOUT THE TOTAL GYM.
