As a Chiropractic Sports Physician and a 100 Year LifeStyle specialist, I highly recommend the Total Gym to all my patients who desire an in-home exercise unit with the advantages of a total work-out. It saves space, time and money! My wife and I love it! We affectionately call it....Chuck!

I love this total gym, I have it set up all the time. I am 65 and it is everything that I need in my home...There is nothing thats not grate about it !!! Thank you so much.

I use the Total Gym for upper body strength. A year ago a dislocated my elbow. I am using it to strengthen my arm muscles. I also have a son who loves using it! He never did a lot for exercise before. He would come home from school and sit in front of the television. I placed the Total Gym in the room with the television and now he uses it about three times a week.

We are a family of 3 and we all love the Total Gym! We got it to be able to cross train on days that we weren't running and for our 14 year old daughter to strengthen her core for competitive bowling and to help with her scoliosis. WOW! We love getting in there and doing this as a family and helping each other with form and counting down the reps! AND it's FUN to use!! Only issue I have is that it is a bit difficult for me to unfold sometimes because it seems a bit heavy/awkward at times.

Cons: Hard To Set Up, Hard To Unfold Sometimes

Love the Total Gym! I purchased it for me and my husband for Christmas because he used one at a hotel fitness center and it's the only time he has ever said he wanted something! You can do so many different exercises, stretches, aerobics, and all with total range of motion. I've worked parts of my body that I've never been able to work using free weights or machines. I got this to replace our ten year old Bowflex that we always had range of motion issues with. The ONLY downfall I found is the foam on the wing attachment started tearing up within the first week. You use the wing attachment for some leg exercises by putting your feet in it and the laces on my husbands shoes are tearing it up. Need to find some other material to replace the soft foam. But other than this minor issue it is a great piece of FULL BODY exercise equipment.

Working out 5 days a week for the past 3 months - lost 3" at my waist and very noticeably added inches to my arms and chest. The overall conditioning acquired by following the Todd Durkin DVD program is simply amazing. Only regret - - - is that I didn't make this purchase sooner! Buy it ... It's money well spent!!!
