The Total Gym works if you stick to it. It serves my purpose because I don't have time to get to a gym.

Bought this for my 15 year old son who was ready to start working out but not sure about going to the gym. It's so easy for him to use, he has had it since Christmas and really seeing results. His dad and I enjoy it also. I really haven't found anything I can complain about it, would recommend it to anyone.

This is without question the best overall piece of workout I have ever purchased. It sets up in seconds, easy to use and I feel like I've worked out for and hour ,in only 20 minutes. I particularly like the total range of motion I can exercise. I can strengthen all muscles at multiple angles without changing anything. I love it!

I use my total gym everyday to work different muscle groups. I was use to using a more professional gravity machine at my local gym but decided to get my own for home use. It was a great decision! It is so easy to use and I get the same workout as before. I would recommend this equipment to anyone that is wanting to get a "gym" workout in the comfort of your own home.
