i love my total gym

i starting using this today and i fell inlove with it it was very easy to use once i got it set up lol when i opend it up the gliding board feel off but after that it was pretty easy to use and i love it i think i will keep usin this for the rest of my life its the best thing i bought thank u total gym if anyone else is thinking about tryin this u should u wont be sorry if u do u might fall inlove with it like i did :)

I am in love with my total gym! You get a fantastic workout and it is so much fun! I have wanted a total gym for years, and I am so happy that I made the decision to finally make the purchase. I love the leg pulley attachment and the dip bars! I really wanted to like the Pilates DVD that came with this, but there was no focus on the lady using the total gym. Also, not much instruction on how to use the accesories. still can't figure out how to set up the ab crunch. I'll figure it out and I'll love it, but c'mon...give a girl a hint!

I love the ease of changing from one exercise position to another. My favorite add on is the ab bars. I feel so energized after working out with the Total Gym and even gave one to my son for his birthday!

I was skeptical about buying an As Seen on TV product. Gave it a shot and couldn't be happier. My wife and I use the Total Gym XLS daily. It's been three months and I have lost 7 lbs and can definitely see the results. My wife has lost 5 lbs. Along with the weight loss, we have both seen the physical results with muscle tone. This Gym Works.
