I can use it for a 5 minute or 30 minute workout depending on time available. I can target a specific area or a whole body work out with minimal changes in the set up. The work out cards are a great start and allow you to build your own routines from there. It is sturdy and I will probably need some help when I move it upstairs. 58 year old Surgeon

After setting up I found out that I have a shoulder injury and can not use it to fullest potential. I can not send it back so I feel stuck with it. I wish I could sell it to someone who can use it. M.S. from Queen Creek AZ.

Yeah I was the typical lazy couch potato, exercise was a dirty word, the most exercise I got was 2 or 3 12oz curls watching T.V. But after losing 40 lbs on N.S. my wife convinced me we should try out a Toatl Gym. I figured what the heck, we could get it w/ a 60 day return guarantee, why not. The day it came I set it up(easy),and when I tried it out I was amazed at how easy it was to use. I will need to purchase the weight bar because in 1 month I have maxed out my squats. I can't say enough good things about Total Gym. You can forget about the 60 day return, you couldn't pay to give up my Total Gym. When I finish my work out I know what Chuck Norris feels like. Did I mention I am 61 years old.

When i recieved this I was a bit overwhelmed. It comes with so many workouts, you can get lost trying to figure out what to do. If you prefer to workout to videos you will be in heaven. I wanted to put together a five day a week program that would hit every part of my body, but I didn't want the personal trainer touch that the videos give. I found fitnessbliss.com and am so happy I did. You tell the program what equipment you have and which muscle groups you want to work and it will set up a routine to help you achieve your goals. This machine can do everything I need with no joint pain and for me that is the most important thing.

Love the product, and I keep it up at the lakehouse so visitors can enjoy... most are amazed (avid gym uses), that you can actually get a really Good workout in such a short amount of time. I personally turn on the TV, and when the ten minutes of commercials hit the airwaves, I hit the Total Gym... It's amazing the workout you can get in ten minute segments! Only negative is trying to move it into the closet when I do need to store-it... I only wish it had wheels! Would definately buy again, Lynne
