Great Work Out

Great tool to use to get in shape & to lose weight. Being low impact is the key to a good work out with out hurting your joints. I also have a stiff shoulder a 10 minute morning work out everyday has greatly improved my shoulder.

Appreciate the simplicity of setting it up & using it. 3 days a week or more works for me & has increased my strength, as well as energy. I was apprehensive at 1st due to health issues & age, but it really has made a difference in my life.

Perfect equipment for any age

I was working out at a gym that had gravity machines and I loved the place. But I had a hard time getting there. I decided to buy this Total Gym hoping I could get the same benefits as I was getting at the gym. I am happy to say that I am and I am in my 60's. It is wonderful for strength training as well as cardio since there are so many levels to change between for best results. I can go use it anytime I want without the hassle of leaving and driving someplace. The only thing I miss about the gym are the trainers. That's when I put a total gym dvd in so I can pretend the trainer is right there coaching me. Glad I made the investment.

I have RA & Fibromalga and have had 4 back surgeries. I was told by my Doctor if you don't use it you loose it. So I had seen the Total Gym XLS on a TV Show Ad and thought maybe this could help me. And it did. I lost 10 lbs so far and my body feels so much stronger. Everyday is a challenge for me and I am so glad that I can work out in my home at my pace. The total gym xls is a great piece of equipment. I have not yet had a chance to work out the way that I want to because of my work schedule. However, it does not take long to work out. It just takes time to get used to the new exercises. I have not yet had time to learn all of them.

Not just another clothes rack

I use the Total Gym 3-4 times a week for 20 min to 1 hr depending on my schedule. I LOVE IT. Its the first piece of home gym equipment I ever purchased that hasn't become a clothes rack. I've had it for about 3 months & I am still using it and loving it. I had knee surgery about 1 month after it arrived and it has been an invaluable rehab tool. The price was reasonable.

As a couple, we felt we were being held captive by the GYM. Every year, our rates went up. Although it was only 5 miles away, it felt like 50. My husband sets up the gym every morning after he puts up the wall bed. (Did I say it is a small apt?) He is more faithful, and it shows! Love the machine and love the results!
